The Skills Service is the gateway to a unique package of training and support for Small and Medium Enterprises (under 250 employees) in the Leeds City Region. Quantum Vantage are Approved Providers for The Skills Service and our Advisors can explore opportunities with you to help find the right skills solutions for your business.  

How can we help your business?

Planning: Free Business Needs Analysis and Skills Planning session – designed to understand the needs and aspirations for your company and to help you plan employee training, stay ahead of industry trends, meet skills gaps and develop a strong talent pipeline.

Programmes are part-funded* (40%) by the European Social Fund (ESF) and managed by the West Yorkshire Consortium of Colleges.

*Subject to eligibility – Companies employing less than 250 in the Leeds City Region, 25% for larger companies.
