Higher Performing Workplaces

The WYCC Higher Performing Workplaces delivers packages of skills support to grow internal talentn, no matter what size your organisation. Higher Performing Workplaces (HPW) helps Businesses address the skills and productivity issues of employees in the sectors presenting the greatest opportunities for economic growth in Leeds City Region (Bradford, Calderdale, Craven, Halifax, Harrogate, Kirklees, Leeds, Selby, Skipton, Wakefield , Wetherby or York ).

Higher Performing Workplaces Aims To:

  • Promote higher levels of females in leadership positions
  • Improve staff motivation, leadership, communication and teamwork
  • Increase staff retention
  • Support with longer–term skills planning to help realise business ambitions, diversification, new products, markets or expansion
